Need for Speed Most Wanted CheatsQuick start
Pay close attention to your tachometer when launching from the start
line. Grab a perfect launch to gain a few precious seconds. When the
needle turns blue drop the clutch and hold on.
One Stop Shop marker
Press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Up, Down at the "Press Start"
screen. A special marker for the Junkman Engine part will appear in
the back room of the One Stop Shop in career mode. *** This code
can only be enabled once per career.
Recommended car Need for Speed Most Wanted
The best start car is the Cobalt SS. Use that car until you get the
Eclipse. When you win blacklist races, try for the 3 "?"
markers. You can get cash or the pink slip car. If you get their
car, go to the safe house and sell it. You can get good money by
doing this, and get unique upgrades after you start getting into the
visuals (after you switch from the Cobalt).
Getting past spike strips easy
When you see a spike strip/road block on your map swerve to the far side 99% of the time you wont hit anything and keep going(Also you will score major bounty if you have a lot of cop cars behind you they will smash into the spikes). on the off chance for the 1% you'll hit a police car.just back up quickly and the other police cars behind you will smash into the spikes and clear a path.
Nitrous and grip Need for Speed Most Wanted
Hitting nitrous torques the chassis back, giving the rear tires
immensely more weight under the new acceleration. The end effect is
that you will go straight. If you find your tail sliding out or are
about to spin out of control, hit your nitrous. You will be
surprised at how fast you will get straight again. This is a great
trick in combination with Speedbreaker. With the correct timing,
there is no corner you cannot take at any speed.
Easy upgrades (Need for Speed Most Wanted)
Before you can do anything, you must win the Burger King Challenge.
When you win it, you will unlock all unique parts (also called
Junkman parts). Get any car and put all the parts except
performance. Once you have your car the way you desire, go to the
performance shop. Max out your car by pressing X. Now, put the
Junkman parts on. Max out your car again. Then put on the Junkman
parts again. Your car should be fully upgraded.
Burger King challenge
Press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right at the "Press
Start" screen.
Castrol Ford GT
Press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right at the "Press
Start" screen.

Blacklist cars
There are 3 ? marks on the left hand side of the screen when you beat a blacklist boss, right? Well, I know which markers are pinkslips for the rival's car. They are as follows:

When you get to pick 2 markers go all the way to the right and click on performance and you go to the shop and it will say backroom pass you will get a junkman performance. BY SPEEDY 1

Money $$$ Money (Need for Speed Most Wanted)
If you are low on cash, just defeat one of the opponents on the
black-list. You will get 2 marks to use on several different
things. Do not use them on the Uniques early in the game. Instead,
use them on the middle or the left "Random" choices. They should
always come out to either be a big cash bonus or the opponent's pink
slip.
Because you can repeat blacklist races you have completed and still
earn money for it, do any of Kaze's tollbooth races. You will get
$10,000 for winning. By this point in the game you should have
hopefully obtained the Porsche Cayenne from Baron. If not, your
fastest car should do fine.

Well I got just an X-Box but it might be the same. when the shift maker is green push your right thumbstick down and up at the same time. you can shift earlier when its's blue but green will be a perfect shift. but you got to whach it or u will overheat you engine. WELL I hope that helped any. |

On a ps2 you will hit the R2 butten to shift up and the L2 butten to shift down but on drag hit the R2 when it is in the green to get a perfect shift. |
