What I do is once you defeat one boss you choose 2 of the question marks randomly, if you do get pink slip then next time choose the ones that didnt have the slip in it last time (ex. I chose the very left ? and got the pink slip for the next boss id choose the center and right question marks) and if you dont get the pink slip the first time choose those same markers the next time you do it. you should get the pink slip about 90% of the time. I have all of the bosses cars up to blacklist #6 except #13s supra
