Better Statistics Pick a scenario and your fief. During the strategy phase, change your fief's settings to earn 10,000 gold or more each turn. If you have the skill Cultivate x2, this process will be easier. Get the Policy card from the shop and focus on buying growth skills.
Fourth Weapons (Samurai Warriors 2 Empires) Use the smith to upgrade your weapon to level 4. Complete any battle with 500 or more kills. At the end of the battle, you will receive that character's fourth weapon.
