To do a speed and attack combo mech equip stabilizers that increase the speed of the mech as well as the main,side,and over boosters for pursuiting enemies and evasion add a high performance generator to use the over boost longer and for attack this may not make sense but two laserblades and two regular semi assault rifiles in the hangars im pretty new to the AC thing but im 2 chapters away of completing the story on hard difficulty Later AC Comrades

Acquire Winged Back Part Easily -Armored Core 4
How to unlock: Complete normal mode to unlock hard mode and mission select.
Create an AC with as much defense as possible and equip both arm weapons with the Motorcobra machine guns. You can obtain the machine guns can by beating one of the simulation missions in the schematic menu.
Select the mission where you fight 4 Nexts at once.
Quickly defeat the 1st Next that comes at you, after that you can defeat the other Nexts easily.

Hard Mode Armored Core 4
How to unlock: Beat a chapter to access hard mode.
