When you have the lane press and hold LT + RT and press A and you player should go up and get it by himself |

I've done it before. All you need is a player with the "Flashy Guard" dunk package, and then press RT (R2 on PS3) and the "fancy" way on the shot stick, which I believe is left in the broadcast view. |
