You have to wander into one of the other 2 parts of the city that isnt on your map yet, which ever one will let you in (no blue barrier around it) then find a view point and climb it.. your map will then show the rest of the view points. |

Listen to where the assassin guy sends you he will send you to places to like west and stuff just listen |

You have to check in the other districts like if you are in the poor district look in the rich or middle district |
