They are plates not bowls. The one in the courtyard/garden is the Bow-plate, the one in the upstairs in the left hand room is the Wheat plate.
I think the one your looking for is the Celestial plate which can be found downstairs in the room on the left in the entrance hall. you can only find this plate in the past by moving the statue blocking the chest. when you return to the present the staue is no longer blocking it and you can then open it to get the plate. Easy.

U can find it at the room at your left in the entrance hall you need to enter that big mirror then you need to move the statue then go back so the statue that blocks the treasure is no more blocking it |
