Unlimited $$$ Money from Winching
Description: In the Winching Challenge, the game sets your minimum wager at 1/20 of your overall money and the maximum at 5 million. There is no cap on the minimum wager, so once you surpass 100 million for your overall money, the minimum wager will rise higher than 5 million. Exploit this to make lots of money. At one billion, however, the wager will cap at 50 million.
Cheat List (Mercenaries 2: World in Flames)
Description: To insert the cheat codes listed below, head to your PDA during gameplay and insert the following button combination: Left Bumper, Right Bumper, Right Bumper, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, Left Bumper, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, Right Bumper, Right Bumper, Left Bumper. This will engage Cheat Mode, so your PDA can be closed thereafter. Reactive the PDA after the confirmation message appears and insert the cheats below for the desired result.
There are 2 important things to note before attempting to use these cheats. The 1st is that Achievements will be permanently disabled for your save once you activate a cheat. And the 2nd is that you must have the latest online patch update for the game as of November, 2008.

Fly fishing (Mercenaries 2: World in Flames)
Ok all you have to do is get a helicopter and drop the rope thing then find a river with boats in it then drop the rope in the water and when your chopper lowers pull it up and you might have a fish.it may take a couple of trys
Unlock Three Costumes/Outfits
Every time you complete a level 3 weapon challenge from Fiona at the PMC Villa, you unlock a new costume. There are 3 costumes/outfitsto unlock total.
5000g fuel tank
Go to the exit of the PMC, then turn left towards Merida. Keep on going until you reach the gas station. There should be a 5000g fuel tank here you can steal. Note: You must have the Universal Petroleum HVT here. If you already verified him, you will need to start a new game and do Universal Petroleum missions until it tells you where the bounties are because the fuel tank won't be there. However, there is a pile of cash that's always there.

UNLIMITED BUNKER BUSTERS
In the northern part of Caracas, in the estates, there are 3 marked targets on your map, unless you destroyed the targets already. Go to the target closest to the north out of those three. In front of the estste, there's a bunker buster. Get Ewan to get it. You will have a bunker buster. Save the game. If you have autosave on, do something like destroy a billboard or collect a spare part or something to make it save. Turn the game off, restart it, go back to the same place and it will be there again. Do this as many times as you want.

Helicopter big explosion
Get in or hijack a helicopter, then fly not far from the ground, when you have decided what your target is, come down low and jump out of the helicopter, the helicopter will hit the ground and create a strong explosion, this is great for taken out infantry and vehicles
Easy Cash
Description: After unlocking the Winching Challenge at your PMC, you can undertake the challenge over and over again to earn endless cash. When you get to the 3rd level, start wagering the maximum amount of cash you are able to. Each time, you will wager the maximum, thereby allowing you to bet even higher the next time around. This increase your potential earnings exponentially.
The challenge never changes, so mastering it is easy enough. The maximum wager is $5,000,000. In 8-12 minutes (or less, if your hand is extra steady), earning $30,000,000+ is totally reasonable. This is definitely one of the easier challenges to earn easy, massive amounts of money on. Belly up and try it!

Free vehicle ammo and health repair
Take a vehicle low on ammo to a faction's outpost. Make sure it's not a HQ or it doesn't seem to work. Enter the outpost, then immediately exit. Your vehicle should have full ammo and health.
Money *Mercenaries 2: World in Flames*
If you find a bundle of cash go up to it and strap a bomb to it,then get the helicopter to pick it up. And when you get the money set of the bomb and you will get extra money.
Extra Costumes/Outfits
Complete level 3 bets at the PMC Villa with your allies. These will unlock extra costumes/outfitsfor your mercenary. For best results, bet the maximum amount for the 1st 2 levels of challenge (manually save and reload your game to insure you
win). For the 3rd level of challenge, bet the minimum amount of money -- you will need to be perfect to beat a challenge at level 3.
*** you can also have a 2nd player (online only) to assist you in unlocking the final challenges.
In such a case, both players should receive the costume/outfit (remember to save if auto-save is turned off!)
Repair Vehicles Glitch
You can instantly repair any vehicle by entering and exiting a nearby building.
100% Completion
When shooting for 100% in all tasks, make sure to complete all outpost missions before you start the final story mission (Battle for Caracas / A.N. or China). Once the game is cleared, you cannot initiate outpost missions anymore (which unlocks a faction's shop items).

Kill either UP mercs or plav soldiers and the opposing faction will pay you about 5 k
