Before accepting a pinkslip go to your cheat menu and select the unlimited NOZ and no damage cheat. Then accept the pinks, after you win the race (Must Win) accept the car. after the game has saved press the xbox button and go to dashboard, when back on the game you will have the car in the garage. you can then do the same pinkslip for the car again. Doing this over and over will give you enough cars to sell for about $130,000. so easy money

Easy time trials (Midnight Club: Los Angeles)
Do not go as fast as possible on the first time trial of the 3 for each location (for example you are on the first time trial and on the 1st lvl of it and your doing great and you got 10 sec left and your real close to the mark do keep on going wait till it reaches like 3 2 or 1 seconds and then speed and win and that will make them easier since they usually beat your time by 2 sec and you easily beat them)because that happened to me I speeded had 16 sec left on the 3rd challenge it was the hardest time trial ever
Helpful for getaways *Midnight Club: Los Angeles*
One thing you can do when being chased by cops is get on the freeway and go into oncoming traffic (they always follow you) on the right side of oncoming traffic you should occasionally see a large yellow space between two lanes get on that line and drive the cops almost always get stuck by hitting a car and you can just drive between lanes
also when on the far right side of the map there is a place where there are two circling freeway lanes when looking at the map above should be a smaller loop take that loop and just drive a little ways after coming off of it you should see some stairs ahead after a while save nitrous and pop it off up the stairs you should go flying (also its just a fun jump) when you land keep straight and barrel through some buildings (there open don't worry) the cops will jump it too but it usually gives you time to get away

Open Doors Glitch (Midnight Club: Los Angeles)
Go yo your garage, Go to exterior/interior, go to side, and then doors. Go down to the doors you want (make sure the doors are open) then keep pushing A. The doors should still be open if they are not do it again.You can then leave the garage and drive around with the doors wide open. ( NOTE: If you do get it to work it is very hard to see when driving. Unless you drive on the bumper view.)

Even easier way to win a highway battle
First gather up some agro for your car. Next gain speed and challenge a highway racer at a high speed when he starts agro him and hit your nitrous. You'll be flying down the freeway, they'll be spinning out and when he's done their's a major pile up from your nitrous rampage he'll be battling his way through.
***Warning if you are not confident in your handling skills when that agro wheres off your most likely going to crash giving him to to catch up but if you can pull it off and maybe have 1 or 2 more agros saved up you'll be good to go

*** This game is all about illegal street racing.
Gassing it on "go" will leave you in your opponents' dust. However, jumping the gun is allowed here without your opponents knowing what hit them. While waiting for green, do a burnout by flooring the gas while engaging the E-brake. Watch the countdown and release the E-brake early while there are 3 or 4 bars left on the timer. With this trick, you will smoke your opponents off of the line every time.

Go to the "Garage", and select "Customize Your Car". Navigate to "Performance Parts", and press X – do not press A. Instead, press the glowing X button to go to the Xbox 360 Guide. Go to the friends list (or recent players list), and join a session. Start a multiplayer match (choose "OK"). When you get on the street, you will have the parts installed with no money deducted. When you quit out they will still be installed.
Quick Rep -Midnight Club: Los Angeles
Basically once you've unlocked the "payback" tasks, do those on the easiest level, over and over and over again. . you get ALOT of REP..+ and lots of money, (depending on your current rep etc).
I find that if you start a payback mission and you find that the target is very far away from you, just restart the payback mission, and the target should be slightly closer to you. (Restart again if he is still far away, remember restarting only takes about 4 seconds).
This method got me to the highest possible REP possible in about 3 hours of doing this. .Time will fly by and its easy!( On easiest)
Ohh and one more thing, to help you damage your opponents faster, get a running start and drive really fast into them when they arent looking, (before the realise you are going after them, and they try to escape).

Flying Traffic
This isn't really a tip or trick, but its extremely funnny and amusing. By the beach there is a ledge. If you push one of the traffic vehicles over there (this is much easier if you turn cops off because they respond when your car enters the park) and trap it facing outwards toward the ocean or pier, it will begin driving into space. Once it returns to the road it follows all the traffic laws only in midair. Eventually it will snap back to the road when it gets to a high enough elevation.

How to: One involves going into Race Editor mode, switching off Drive and Drop mode, then moving the pointer to the place you want to be. Switch Drive and Drop mode back on and exit Race Editor mode and you will be at the place you selected.
How to: Another way is to go into Arcade Mode and select a race that starts near where you want to be. Begin the race and exit it immediately and you will be at that spot.

I found that the easiest way to win the million dollars so you can buy in on Karol's business is by doing vehicle deliveries. Some of them take only 40 seconds and you can earn almost $15,000 if you get them perfect. After a little while of doing them you get used to which cars are fast deliveries and which ones are far. If they are too far just pause and click next delivery. However, the only downside is that you won't get any career completion. The game is supposed to be set up that you earn the money by beating all of the champs and other races. This mission is supposed to be the grand finale. Noone does it like this though.
Tip: You earn a lot more money with these missions the faster your car is. Earn enough money for a Kawasaki Ninja, upgrade it and you will earn money much faster. If you are in a slow car this method would take forever.
Tip: Always choose the hardest difficulty they aren't that hard!
