Ok first, you have to buy all available stores that are for sale. ( Each of these will increase your crib stash salary by $ 200/ day. I think their are like 90 or 80 something stores for you to buy. Also they give you % off to buy things. That way your crib will have thousands of dollars easy, and it can become millions two but not that easy. I take away $656,000 from my crib stash having 680,000 make it like a million and something. Some of the stores are gas station, clothing , etc.

To easily defeat Akuji in the tea house boat, slowly lead him down the stairs (the set of stairs nearest the land). When you get down there, walk around the fire. Akuji should walk through it and get set on fire. His health should drop quite quickly. Do this one more time and he will die.

A trick for Chop Shop lists!! Saints Row 2
This is a trick to get all cars of all the Chop Shop lists. I got this from a other site.
These are the steps:
1. Go to the district where the car is the most spawned.
2. Go to a shop. (Dont matter what kinda shop: Branded, Brass knuckles etc.)
3. Go to the place where you can buy something, press 'Y'. (You dont have to buy anything.)
4. Press 'B' and exit the shop, the car will spawn there, 9 out of 10 times youre car spot there. (You must select the car in the Chop Shop list so its high lighted yellow on the map.)
Easy Snatch activities -Saints Row 2
Use a Bear (the Police APC) to easily complete Snatch activities. It is virtually impossible to stop once moving because it is nearly invulnerable. It can drive over smaller cars and pickups, the chaingun has infinite ammunition. It holds three passengers.

Hidden Easter Bunny -Saints Row 2
Follow the arrows that start on Ruins Island. Ruins Island is close to Super Secret Island, with the Volution Easter Egg on it. Ruins Island has an arrow that points to Lookout Island, then to a small unnamed island, then to another small island with an "X" on it. Get on it, and you will be teleported to a ring of arrows pointing to a floating Easter Bunny.

Wacky Islands
From the prison, head west / northwest and you will come to an uncharted island. Follow the arrow that appears on the island until you get to the 4th island. As you land on the island, it will disappear and you see a giant Easter Bunny come up out of the water.
Do the same thing as above but, when you get to the 1st island, turn around and go south. You will find another secret island. Climb up on the rock with the opening before the island and look to the west in the water and you will see a baby Loch Ness Monster briefly.
Further to the south you will find another island with dinosaur bones.
Even more to the south you will find Shipwreck Cove Island.
Bonding Experience Mission [Guide]
In this mission you will need to shoot down several Samedi helicopters to curb the flow of their drug traffic.

Unlimited ammo without using cheats (this lets you get achievements without using cheat codes)
Infinite Pistol Ammo: Successfully Complete FUZZ , Level 6 in the Projects District (this really isn't hard at all, just act as a hardcore cop and you'll be on your way!)
Infinite SMG Ammo: Successfully Complete Snatch Level 6 in Down Town (hint: my advice would be to use the BEAR car, or Ultor tank vehicle. It is practically indestructible, it has unlimited machine gun ammo and it can hold 3 passengers)
Infinite Shotgun Ammo: Successfully complete drug trafficking, Level 6 in the Airport (hint: this is a bit difficult to achieve but just keep shooting at the Brotherhood with rounds of SMG fire at the windshield to kill the driver and you should beat it in no time)
Infinite Rifle Ammo: Successfully complete all Hitman target lists (Just be patient and kill each one of those bastards)
Secret islands
Fly far off the west coast of the prison to find five secret islands. Their names are "Bone", "Lookout", "Ruins", "Ship Wreck", and "Super Secret".
