There are different ways. The first shield you have to destroy the coloured bars which POX will tell you to destroy in your space ship. Once you have you land at the place marked with the purple marker. Once outside you go into the transporter thing marked with that same purple marker. When you get inside use your jet pack and fly up to the platform. If you don't have the last upgrade you will have to use the temperal fist to freeze one of those orange blocks in mid air so that you can use it as a ledge to let your pack regenerate. Once you are up on the platform you have to match the cones with the right coloured zone. All you have to do is use PK to move it to its designated area. Then once they are all in place you go through the little trasporter thing you came in through.
For the second one you just have to do the same with the coloured bars again and then land your space craft and go in through the transporter thingi. When you get inside you will see bouncing balls. You just fly through them and when you get to the other side there are four circles on the wall, two on each side of the big one in the middle. What you have to do is stop time and throw a box at each of them. They all have to hit at the same time for the other to activate. I forget if that is all you have to do or not, but just listen to pox and he will basically tell yopu what to do.
Once he has said you have done it, fly back through the balls and out through the transporter doing to same thing you have done before with the next set of bars.
Once inside the next room you will see platforms flying around and missiles will be shot at you from things on the wall and floor. What I did was I destroyed those. Once at the top you will see the core of the shields in the middle of three rotating rings. What you have to do is stop time and shoot as many ion detinators at it as you can. When time is resumed they will be on the inside and blow it up.
And then you are done
