Before you take over it send a mcv or something to build things then bulid lots of towers (both land and air) and any units you can.
you can if you wish to (i did) build loads of towers and loads of units then take over it, the map enlarges and revels more allies send your units (and use superpowers) to destroy the bases, and there you go all you have to do is wait for the time to go down. |

Capture the lab and then build loads of teslas and flak cannons around it or build a war factory/baracks next to the building and make loads of units. |
