Arsonist, medic, safecracker and engineer | | Leroy Petriboni | Found in Las Palmas, Florida at the Jersey's Sports Bar. Look for the gambling crime ring on the southernmost island, then approach the building from the east to find a small room. He can be found there. Easy Money and Experience
Stand in front of your safe house and commit a crime to summon the police. As they arrive, shoot as many as you can. Just when they are about to snuff you out, enter the safe house. Heal and exit. The police will be gone, but the money they drop will still be there. Collect the cash and repeat.
