Performance Tuning [Submitted by: CheatMaster ] Its pretty simple. You have a car and want to win races. In SHIFT, the tuning options available will make your car scream and put a smile on your face.
Every car has a number of performance upgrades available from new tires to a more powerful engine to aerodynamic body paneling, the power is yours to turn your car into a snarling, race-winning beast in SHIFT.
But be wary, over-tuning your car can have disastrous effects on race day, leaving you struggling behind the pack, or worse, careening into wall after wall.
Cars will need different configurations for different tracks, so make sure the tuning on your car is set right before taking it out on the track in SHIFT. See the video: Cheat Video

Q: How to beat NFS Championship race series....No matter what car or level, last lap I get smoked?
A 1:
I beat it using the Pagani Zonda R, but I think that you can also beat the NFS Championship using a Corvette fully upgraded. Also, try to configure the gearbox: set the 1st gear for max acceleration and leave the 6th gear in the middle or set it for more acceleration then speed for me, it worked nicely.

Use the Bugatti Veyron I have used it to and I smoked them

The Pagani Zonda R is the best to win it's got great speed,acceleration,handling & braking.
A 4:
No use the lamborgini murcielago with the works mod its the best rated and has the best acceleration not to mention its top speed is all the way up to I never lose.
A 5:
No matter if its a Bugatti Veyron, Pagani Zonda R, Lamborghini or a Corvette, every one of these will win the NFS Championship.
I always find it useful to spin out the racer that is leading the pack because they have the most high powered car to get to the front. Spin him out on to the sand. That gives you enough time to get ahead to hopefully win
BTW I used the Pagani Zonda R as what you buy is already tuned to the max as there is no upgrades available. 1,100,000 BARGAIN I think.
Q: Why when I got a code for the proche cayman s for talking online with another player in shift, I cannot redeem the code? I go to the redem code section on xbox type in code (of which the xbox puts the dashes (-) in the wrong place, then it comes up invalid code try again any ideas?
Q: When I finish some races it says that I won a car but when I go to my garage there no car that i've won, only the cars i've bought. how do I get the cars that i've won?
