Because it's not finished. close all the doors on the bathroom and look in the mirror. it shows the code and works. |

Close all the sthal doors and look in the mirror. The lines on the mirror will line up with the lines on the doors and give you the code. |

The code is 437...at first I thought it was 431 but if you look into the mirror you will see red smudges you have to align with the red marks on the doors in the reflection to see that the 1 is actually a 7 |
