You might be clicking the icon by accident how is life..if there is no suspect listed then you don't have enough evidence...but there should be a option for i need a warrant next to how is life. |

Take the fingerprints you found at the club and search them all until you find the Mexican guy then a sign will pop up saying warrant available |
