Win cage fight!!!
You may not have to do this for rounds 1 and 2, but if you have trouble once they start coming out with the weapons, lock on to the armed opponent and just keep backing up and double tapping a. The opponent will eventually swing the weapon and you will duck, tap b or y and you will snatch the weapon from them and then KICK THEIR @$$! I had difficulty at first defeating the armed fighters but I tried out the above technique and got it the first try.
