Q: How do I jump from one floor to the next floor in the construction building. I knocked down the two chain link fence . I knocked down the third one and I cant get to it, I keep jumping and all I can do is jump far enough to grab the rope with the bucket. I hope this makes sence?

You have to double jump from the second fence to the third. It can be done. I did the first time with no problem.
