No their is no cheat hint for beating ming, try not to crash into cars on th road and use your speed braker

Get the same car as ming them upgrade it to the max, then once youre in the races pause the game. Then increase or decrease the tabs. And your car will get a boost, that'll be enough to beat him. Tip: if you have a car that can beat all of the races, do the races over and over again to get money to buy a better car later on.

Every racer has a unique strength, just pay close attention. think a little about there style of driving and a way to overcome it, alternatively drive fast avoid cars and walls, and i can not emphasize on how much you need to use your breaks. effectively using your breaks rather then just always accelerating will speed up your lap bye a substantial amount. please keep this in mind.
also consider race lines if you don't do this already.
