When you come to the opera house, (there are loads of destroyed cars out front), go back and stand on the top of the corner building directly across from the opera house. Look in a straight line with the stairs, and there will be another building across the street. Go in there and up the stairs to get an uzi. There will also be a map down at the bottom of the stairs too. |
