Lord's Mail in Ebonheart. Go to the Imperial Commission. Go find the guards in that locked room go in it, then find the hidden locked door in that room then you will see Ebonheart, Underground Stream. Look in the cave, find the guy with Lord's Mail AND KILL HIM. Note: That's the only humanoid in there, the rest is just rats. |

Actually the best armor set is a Deadric one. There is this place that alows you to have rare items in the game. the cheat is COC "Character Stuff Wonderland" . Tip: mark were you before you enter so that you can recall when you are done
