If you don`t see a motor, just go to the upper floor then go to the end. There you will find an NRG-500.
On the 2nd island, go to the airport. On your map, you will see, at the right side of the airport, 4 hangars -- go there. Drive to the last one (way north) and between 2 of the hangars there is an NRG-500.
Get Into the San Fiero Airport without Getting your License:
Just hop on a bike and go to the fence all the way at the end of the airport. Drive into the fence as fast as you can and just before you hit the fence, pop a weelie. Now you can get into the airport.

Speed Up Time Without Cheating!
When you enter your safe house, just simply save the game. Everytime you save the game, the clock advances 6 hours or so.
