Teh 2 blue dots are the car fixing station and a blue ring that I cannot get to. The tanks are blocking gateways that I am sure I have to get through. | |

There is an open air shaft by the door. You have to use the rc helicopter to go in and blow up the chair thats holding the door closed. |
