Look across the street to the big red thing to the right of the bus.
you have to use the ramp close to the doors that you use to go the skate contest[to the left of that building], you have to launch off the ramp and grind on the wire[make sure you are moving to the left].
when you get close enough to it jump off the wire and get off your board and go to the other side of it and you'll see the spot where you have to tag. |
