Flash your badge to get people to step out of their car. When they do walk up to them and push the button you used to flash your badge, but instead of flashing his badge like he normally does, Marcus will hand the driver a ticket instead. Doing this will give you one bad cop point and your not able to hand tickets to police men. |

You can do that OR you can use your car , simply drive near the back of their car and press the back button really fast or in other words, turn your siren on and then off quickly. then they will get out of their car, when they do get out of your car, walk up to them and press the back button. |
