Elder Scrolls: Morrowind Game Of The Year, The Cheat Codes |
Elder Scrolls: Morrowind Game Of The Year, The CheatsGet Daedric Armor
Instead of killing the man you need to finish the story in Tel Fyr, just get his armor in these various locations.
Daedric Cuirass- Found either by doing Mistress Therana’s quest in Great House Telvanni or in the Wailingdelve, so use a torch because its hard to see in the dark. The Wailingdelve can be found in the Citidel of Myn Dhrur, in the Daedric Ruin, Hidden in the Dwemer ruin in the Plaza Brindisi Dorum for the story.
Daedric Face of God- Found in Sepulcher, with the Stormkiss, except for the Daedric Face of God, you need to levitate at the beginning to where the crystals are.
Daedric Face of Terror- Found on Enar Dralor in Ghostgate, Tower of Dusk, Lower level in glass armor.
Daedric Face of Inspiration- Found in either Mamaea with the fang of Fang of Haynekhtnamet, found in Ibar Dad with the Eildon’s Ward and on a Buoyant Armiger in the top level of the Tower of Dusk.
Daedric Gauntlet (L)- Found in Kogoruhn, Charma’s Breath, or the Black Heart (one of those)
Daedric Gauntlet(R)- Either kill the Imperial in Aryon’s Chambers in Tel Vos or found with the Daedric Gauntlet (L).
Daedric Pauldron (L)- Found in Karstaag Tower, Solstheim. It’s the top spire on top of castle Karstaag. Inside, the pauldron is nearly invisible in a crack.
Daedric Pauldron(R)- Found in the Wailingdelve, just sitting on the rocks.
Daedric Greaves- Found in Dren Plantation on the shelf in Dren’s Villa or do Mistress Therana’s quest.
Daedric Boots- Found on a shelf in Galom Deus.
Daedric Shield- Found randomly on Golden Saints, found on a man in Dren’s Villa, Dren Plantation.
Daedric Tower Shield- Found on Golden Saints.
The Keening and The Sunder
These are the weapons you need to win the game. The tools of Kagrenac. Here is where to find them.
Keening- In Odrosal. Find the Ash Vampire, ask him about the Keening and Dagoth Ur's offer. It has nothing to do with the story, but its nice to know. He will attack you after awhile. Kill him for a special Amulet and a key. Use the key to open a ladder leading you to the Legendary Keening. It will be sticking in the ground.
Sunder- In Veynulal, kill the Ash Vampire for it and a special amulet.
Both these weapons require the Wraithguard in order to hold. If they are used without the Wraithguard(s), you will recieve mortal wounds of 100 HP every few seconds.
100 Armor Stats
To get 100 armor skills is a long, but rewarding path. With 100 in armor skills you can become the master of any guild because almost every guild as armor as their Favored Skills. First get a full suit of whatever armor you want to raise and stand in the water so a bunch of fish attack you. Prees B to access menu, put your cursor over the health bar, press black white black black black, hold down A then press B. Your health will raise by itself as you get hit so you won't die. If you armor is a major or minor skill leave the game running an come back every time you level up. If it's not a major or minor skill, turn of the TV NOT the Xbox and leave for a few hours, be sure to check up and you game every once and a while. After it's all done you will be the master of armor.
Unlockable- Daedric Face of God
How to Unlock - Found in Marvani Ancestral Tomb, Tukushapel, Sepulcher, at the beggining, levitate through a hole, and it's leading to Daedric Face of God, a Daedric Warhammer and a chest.

Special Replies
Kill one of these people in Mournhold:
King Hlaalu Helseth
Barenziah
Drin (Temple archcanon)
Chat to the people they are associated with (ex: Helseth-Royal Guards). Chat to them about the king, or the dead person.
For king Helseth, Royal Guards say:
"The King has been murdered!"
For Banrenziah, everyone in Mournhold will say:
"All of Mournhold weeps for our lady."
For Drin, High Ordinators say:
"Drin has been murdered... we will find his killer."
Talking to the High Ordinators about the king will get the response:
"Let the guards handle it."
Its about the same for the Archcanon, and the Royal Guards.
Ajira's "Skooma Problem"
Okay, if you're in the Mage's Guild, do all of Ajira's quests. Nothing too complicated. Next, go to Suran. Go to "Desele's House of Earthly Delights". Its more of a nude-dancing hangout. Kill Desele, the woman behind the counter. Leave the Khajit alone. Once she's dead, loot the place for all its Skooma, Sujamma, etc.
If you did all of Ajira's quests, she'll like you a lot. She is one of the few people who'll buy Skooma. The Creeper is another, but if you're at a high enough position in the Mage's Guild, Ajira gives you even better prices (with haggling).
I didn't do it!!!
While acquiring the Mace of Slurring (The Golena Sadri quest), go into the trap door, and an occassional glitch is that you will find her dead friend still alive. Kill her, and your journal will say that you "found here with her throat slit". Just remember: You did nothing wrong, its just kind of funny.
GrandMaster of Two of the Great Houses
To become GrandMaster of 2 Great Houses is really simple. First Join House Rederon or Tevalli become the Leader or GrandMaster of the House. In the Nerevarine Quest you have to kill Orvas Dren or make him step down to become Horator. After this happens chat to Duke Dren about Camonna Tong and he thanks you for controling them. You are now a Hireling of House Hlaalu. Chat to him again about Camonna Tong and he makes you a Councilman. Chat to him about business and he asks you th contol the ordinators, do this and your are the Grand Master. *** This only works for House Hlaalu and one other Great House.
Daedric Club
Either found in a tower just before you fight Dagoth Ur on the table to the left, but be carful in the toer because of the Enemy that trys to attack you or found radomally found on Dremora's so buy a Summon Dremora spell in Dirty Muriel's Corner Club up the stairs the green robed Dunmer has the spell, and summon and kill it, then loot it's body before it disappers, and keep on summoning and looting it's body, until you find a Daedric Club [easiest way to loot it's body is to go to a spell maker put Summon Dremora 1 second on self, Soultrap for 1 second on target, then name it and buy it, then cast it, and ill itand the body wouldn't disapperer, until you do dispose if Corpse, but if you do dispose of corpse it okay because it will take everything the body has and makes it disapperer.
Medium Armor
Ice Armor is pretty cool. It's the second new BloodMoon cool armor. It is very high-class and getting the whole set is a piece of cake.
To get it you must *spoiler* play the Eastern Empire quests. At one point you will be asked to go to where the two rivers fork. A little bit to the south are a bunch of skaals with nothing to do. They'll give you a pick with which you will be able to cut these sterheim or whatever frozen-skeletons in the various burrows on the island. Now once you go back to these nice skaal people, each raw sterheim piece means one piece of armor or a weapon. *endspoiler*
A note - you can only get the Ice Shield through Assassination Quest
All in all, as easy as it is to get, the Ice Armor still is fairly cool.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bear Armor (BloodMoon only)
Bear armor is a new armor set that came with Bloodmoon. It's not particularly good but it's easy to find and it's relatively cheap. It looks kinda cool too, especially that bear helm with all the teeth -).
You can find it all over Soltsteim.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Snow Bear Armor (Bloodmoon only)
This is a new set of armor that is only available through having it made for you i.e. you can't loot it. All of its elements have some minor enchantments like resist frost 5% and such. On the overall it's a pretty cool armor and it looks really nice.
You can have it made for you by talking to the smith near Thirsk (east of the lake). He will require snow bear pelts.
Bonemold Armor
Bonemold armor is a fairly good medium armor set. All of its parts are available.
You can acquire it easily by killing a Redoran Guard or simply by buying it.
Official Site says:Also known as 'Great House' armor in Morrowind, bonemold is a medium weight armor affordable only by Dunmer nobles. Each piece is assembled from many pieces of softened shell, molded into shape, then bonded and reinforced with resin glues. The example shown here features a distinctive House Redoran gah-julan ('great-benefit') helm with the protective cowl deployed for ash wastes travel.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dragonbone Armor
A really coollooking armor that is regretfully incomplete. Nevertheless you can find a cuirass, a shield and a helmer for it.
All three - in Tukushapal, Sepulcher
Cuirass: the traders in Caldera and Molag Mar have it.
Helmet: Molar Mag trader has it.
Shield: Calder trader has it.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dreugh Armor
Similar to the Dragonbone Armor the Dreugh armor only has a cuirass, a shield and a helmet. It looks rather dreadful too -).
Cuirass: The trader in Suran and Redoran Smith in Vivec have it.
Helmet: Balmora armorer and Suran trader have it.
Shield: Balmora armorer has it.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Indoril Armor
Probably the best medium armor in the game, very expensive and good-lookin
Become invinclible to Dremora Lords and Flame Atrnoachs
Okay, if you're a Dunmer, this is a lot easier. Simply aquire the robe of Drake's Pride from Senise Thindo at Tel Aruhn's living quarters. Now, with your 75% fire resistance and the new 25%, you resist whatever the flame atronach shoots, and the Dremora Lords can not attack with their weapon until they shoot you with fire.
If you're not a Dunmer, try getting the Dragonbone Cuirass at a higher level. It reflects 100% fire all its own.
Overflow loot bag cheat
At any time during the game, enter a house, and drop any excess luggage off. Continue to do this and the house will get an overflow loot bag. It will put any extra items in it, and will never overflow itself. This is not good if you're trying to take over a house and make it look nice.
Legendary Marksman Locations
Daedric Longbow- Found on either, Golena Sadri (see Mace of Slurring), Maelkashishi’s Forgotten galleries or go to Vassir-Didant cave, go in and out, go to Vivec, St. Olms, Haunted Manor, go talk with Dram Bero and pick Marksman for his weapon selection.
Bow of Shadows- In Venim Ancestral Tomb, kill Gorris the Maggot King and his apprentice and look on the table to the left of them. The bow should be on that table.
Bonebiter Bow of Sul Senipul- In the main quest, do the quest for the Ashkan of the Urshilaku, go to the Urshilaku Burial Grounds and reach the highest burial chamber to fight the wrath of Sul Senipul. Kill it for the bow.
Auriel’s Bow- In Ghostgate, Tower of Dawn, go up the stairs in the main plaza and chat to the man on the right with no helmet. Kill him for the bow.
Dart(s) of Judgment- On a bed in Llethri Manor.
Poisongrip Arrows- Kill Golena Sadri for 5.
Ebony Arrows of Slaying ---WARNING--- These arrows do 5,000 damage! This is not a typo! 5,000 damage! They can be found in the "hollow" tree stump with the shadowsting, Opposite to the entrance to Thirsk.
Unlimited Fatigue
When playing press the B button hit the R trigger until you get to the stats screen. Then go to the fatigue bar and press the following: Black, Black, White, White, Black. Then hold the A button and hit B. (NOTE: When you go back to the menu you will have to do the cheat over again)
Unlockable - Daedric Gauntlets Left and Right
How to Unlock - In Kogoruhn, Bleeding Heart.
Heavy Armor Sets
Heavy Amor Sets and Locations:
Ebony Armor
Ebony armor is fairly rare. Despite that it is easy as hell to get. I mean it:
1) Just play the main quest - *spoiler* and you will have to kill Mister Venym, head of the Redorans in Morrowind. He has a full ebony set on him. And a Daedric Dai-Katana too! What a nice guy, eh? *endspoiler*
Make sure you don't kill him off-hand because he is needed for the main quest.
You will probably have to kill him as a redoran too, to become a redoran boss. I dunno cuz I've been only Hlaalu and Telvanni.
2) There is a guy in the fighter's training, in Arena, Vivec, that has a full ebony set. You know what to do, soldier!
3) In the expansion, Tribunal , you will find a notorious Wood Elf... He is probably the most powerful enemy in the game. He's in the Temple area. If you manage to slaughter him.... Well, guess what's he wearing.
Prior to BloodMoon Ebony was the second best armor. Now it is pretty much as good as the new Ice Armor.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Daedric Armor
Ah, the real thing. Though I never wear it the daedric armor is, no doubt about it, the most prized possession in Morrowind. It's very hard to find if we disregard killing Fyr. In fact it is impossible to get a whole set without killing Fyr. You can't get the right pauldron. Apparentyl it is now included in Bloodmoon but it is impossible to get by conventional means -). The horror!
To get it you can either
-Kill Tel Fyr in his tower southwest of Sadrith Mora (don't do it before the main quest though for obvious reasons) or
- Click here -) to get to the Daedric Library, the most full and comprehensive archive of Daedric Artifacts known to mankind.
The Daedric Armor is The Best.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dwemer Armor
The armor of the dwarves simply looks hilarious -). The hero dressed in it reminds me of a yellow angry robot. It's a pretty good armor, fairly expensive and it's really heavy.
The Dwemer Armor is thrown around the Dwemer Dungeons and Fortresses on Vvardenfell.
If you scout carefully both Mudan and Odrosal you should manage to get a full set.
Elder Scrolls Site says: The secrets of Dwemer armorcraft are long-forgotten. All examples encountered are thousands of years old, salvaged from ancient Dwemer ruins. Dwemer armor is heavy and cumbersome, but Dwemer craftsmanship and metallurgy are unmatched in any modern metal armor style. Enthusiasts pay fabulous prices for individual pieces, and the few complete sets are in the hands of collectors.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Her Hands Armor (Tribunal Only)
This is basically an improved Indoril Armor except it's not medium. It is very good, maybe as good as the glass or the ebony sets.
Two ways to get it:
1)Kill a High Ordinator in Mournhold. Simple as that.
2)The set from the screenshot is an enchanted bersion of Her Hands Armor. It's on the personal guards of Amalexia. Believe me they are hard to kill.
*Spoiler* - You could just play along the main quest of Tribunal. At one point you will be ordered to kill one of Amalexia's guards. If you manage to do that (it's a really tough fight) you will get to loot the guy and steal his armor. *Endspoiler*
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Imperial Armor
Nothing really special. Just the armor guards in imperial cities around the island have.
Elder Scrolls Site says: Imperial Guard armor is a more expensive and decorative version of the common Legion veteran's heavy infantry armor. Chain is worn over leather padding, with steel greaves, pauldron, cuirass, and helm.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Iron Armor
Again, a pretty generic set available throughout the island.
Elder Scrolls Site says: Western-style iron plate provides good protection, but is so heavy and uncomfortable that despite its modest cost and wide availability in Imperialized Morrowind, adventurers and mercenaries quickly upgrade to better-quality metal armors or adopt the lighter native laminated shell armors when they can afford them.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Steel Armor
This armor looks really cool -). The hero is like a knight from a fairy tale. Anyway it's available on brigands and shops, just play and you are bound to come across it.
Note the lack of boots, heh, I guess wearing steel or iron boots can be a challenge and so the designers omited such items -).
-----------------
Apparently there are steel boots in the x-box version. robot tg found a pair near the wolverine hall.
Also thanks to John. In his words: you're probably playing the PC version (I play Morrowind on the Xbox), but I'm pretty sure the PC version would have the same items as the Xbox, including Steel Boots, the Redgaurd on the first floor in the Balmora Fighter's Guild sells a pair, and so does a merchant in Caldera, that's all that I know of, but there's indeed a pair of Steel Boots in the game.. did you purposely leave them out? Ah well...
I think that "Ah well" pretty much sums up my response to this.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Templar Armor
The Templar Armor looks really cool and it actually is fairly good. It is the armor of the impreial cult and highly ranked members of the imperial legion.
You can get it:
1)By working for the legion or the cult. I don't know which because I've never joined either of the fractions.
2)By killing an NPC that has this armor. For example - the captain of fort Frostmoth in Bloodmoon or Angoril in the Pelegiad Fort. My advice is to save the Frostmoth captain because he's necessary for the main quest -).
Elder Scrolls Site says: Officers of the Imperial Legion and knights of the various Imperial military orders are privileged to wear this armor. Plate cuirass and greaves and a reinforced steel helm are worn over leather padding and chain. Though heavy and uncomfortable for campaigning, this armor gives excellent protection in melee combats.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Nordic Armor (Bloodmoon only)
This is one of the two new high-class armors that came with Bloodmoon. THere are three ways two acquire this pretty cool-looking armor:
1) Simply loot. Pieces of the armor are thrown around the island in chests and skeletons. With some patience one can easily collect the whole thing.
2) Kill a Skaal Honor Guard in the Skaal Village. Don't be an idiot and just attack the guy on sight. Taunt and then attack. The Honor Guards are ecquiped with full nordic armor.
3) *Spoiler* Finish the main quest. Towards the end of it you will get to fight the Skaal Chieftain. The guy has a full nordic set and you have to waste him anyway... So why not take what he doesn't need anymore?*endspoiler*
On a side note the nordic armor is the weakest of the Morrowind super-armors, but it's still pretty cool to have -).
Magic Refill
When playing press the B button to go into the character screen. Then go to the stats screen and go to the magic bar and press the following: Black, Black, White, White, Black, White. Then hold down the A button and hit the B button your magic should refill every time you use a spell (NOTE: This cheat will end and you will have to do it over again when you go back into the inventory screen)
Daedric Cuirass
On a big rock in Norenen-Dur, The Wailingdelve.
Army of Summon things
Ok, buy a Summoning Spell then go to to a spellmaker select,[must have soultrap spell to, easiest would be in the Balmora Mages Guild] the summoning item that you want and then Follow these Directions, 1 sec on self then go select Soultrap for 2 secs on Target, then name and buy it, and cast the spell, you summon as much as you want and the summoning creatures will be there until they are destroyed, you can steal things from some of them and sell them.
Steal anything
At the beginning of the game, don't ask Imperial about duties and don't talk.
Steal the platter that's 650$, drop it, otherwise the Imperial will come up and take ot and talk to you, so drop it, then he'll just talk to you, sell it to Creeper or Mudcrab Merchant. Steal, drop, the Imperials keep talking to you, repat the process, until you stole everything in the buldings, works with other Imperials too, if you just as along as you don't ask the Sellus Gravius about duties or give the Reles Indection or whatever it's called.

Legendary Spear Locations
Spear of Bitter Mercy- To get this second-to-none spear, you need to chat to the Shrine of Sheogorath in Inhipalit in Vivec St. Olms underworks. To do his quest, go to a desolate island far west of Dagon Fel to find a lonely shack. Chat to the Argonian, Big Head and take the Fork of Horripilation off the table and head for an island to the east. Find a small island with only a bull netch. Go to it to discover it’s a giant bull netch. You must kill it with the weak fork or you won’t get the spear. Once you land a deathblow with the fork, go back to the shrine and talk with Sheogorath. He will give you his legendary Spear of Bitter Mercy!
Hunter’s Spear- This is the ultimate spear. The best in the game. To get it, you need to finish the Bloodmoon story, and once you beat Karstaag, Hircine will confront you ask you the most important aspect of a hunter. Tell him his guile and fight the Hunter’s aspect of guile and get the Hunter’s Spear!

Theiving bug: Money $$$ Money
This bug is virtually unheard of but is very handy. Here is a great way to use it.
First of all find an artifact that can be sold to the mournhold museum of artifacts,eg:staff of magnus, lords mail, goldbrand.
Sell the item and get 30,000gp
Once sold find the item inside the museum and jump onto the stand that the artifact is placed on
Go into 1st person view and look directly down on top of the object
Make sure that when you jump the name of the object is still visible
Jump and when you reach the maximum hieght of the jump you will hit the cieling and stay there for a fraction of a second, when this happens press A to take the object.
The game will not register you on the same floor/level as the guards and so they wont realise.
This works about 90% of the times tried and on about 90% of the objects in morrowind.
Try it on the winged twilight soul gem on the top floor of the mages guild in balmora for a free 60,000gp worth of stuff.

Chat to the shrine and hear his story about his lost dagger. Go to the Alas tomb, which is south of Erabanimsum Camp. Find a corpse lying on the alter in the tomb. Loot his body for a rusty dagger and return it to the daedra lord. He will take it and grant you his Razor.

Go to Vivec, Foreign Quarter, Jobasha’s Book Store and buy Bothiath’s Glory. Then go to Caldera, Ghorak Manor and chat to the Orc on the 3rd floor about a sculptor. Give him the Statue book and 2,000 gold and sleep for about 2 weeks. Go to Khartag Point, north of Gnaar Mok and chat to the restored shrine for your share of greatness.
Eltonbrand- First, get the Goldbrand. Next, go to the Ald Skar Inn and kill a man named Shashev. Take his key (and ring) and be off. Now you need to become a vampire. Find a vampire nest and contract the disease. Next, go to Vivec Mage’s Guild and talk with Sirlonwe. Give her the key and then drop in one pile, 11,171 gold in one pile and the rest of your gold in the other. Pick up the 11,171 gold and you will get a message saying Go to Hell, Carolina! Sounds insane, but its actually a great sword.

Chrysamere- Kill a mage in Abinabi, north of Tel Fyr. Be warned, the cavern is crawling with Atronach.
Ice Blade of the Monarch- Kill a robed man in Rotheran, South of Dagon Fel, for the Blade, his robe and ring.

Trueflame- In the Tribunal storyline, you will receive a quest to forge the blade. Finish this quest and good luck.
Hopesfire- Kill Almelexia at the Dome of Sotha Sil and loot her corpse.
Bi-Polar Blade- Go to the Great Bazaar in Mournhold, talk with the Trader, Sunel Hlas and then Marena Gilnith outside. Keep talking about their loneliness and set them up on a date. If the date goes well, you get the blade. If the date fails… reload and try it again.
Magebane- In the Laterus section of the Urshilaku Burial Grounds, it lies on one of the shrines.
Fury- Found on a dead hero in Kogoruhn.
King’s Oath- Do the quest in Mournhold for the Royal Guard Captain involving the Common tongue and receive it as a reward.
Gravedigger- Kill the Royal Guard captain, but he’s VERY tough.
Daedric Crescent- First, travel to Tel Fyr. Then go up to the Hall of Fyr, levitate up and look around near Diviyath Fyr to find a small chest and a key on his desk. Simple, right? Wrong. Unless you can open a level 100 lock, grab the key off his desk and go to the Corpusarium. That key, rather than open the small chest, opens a chest in the Corpusarium. In each chest you open, you will find another key until you open the last one. THAT key opens the small chest, which will give you a little amulet. Equip the amulet and transport to Megas Volar. Fight Lord Dregas Volar, and once you kill him; you are teleported back to Tel Fyr with the Daedric Crescent in hand!
Bloodskal- Found on the stone alter in Bloodskal Barrow, Solstheim.
Shadowsting- Found in a "hollow" tree stump on the opposite side of Thirsk’s entrance.
Her Ebony Scimitar- Found on Salas Valor once you kill him, along with other special Her Hand’s Armor. Also found on anyone in the High Chapel (besides Almelexia).
Stormfang- Do the quest for Ulfgar the Unending, by hearing his story, going to Thirsk, buying a copy of Soverngard revisited, chat to him, kill him and get the Stormfang. I won’t spoil the quest’s end.
Easy Levels and Money (better)
If you have just started a new game, here's a good and easy way to make money. When you 1st start, if you have alchemy in your major or minor skills, this has a better effect, but don't worry if you do not have alchemy, you can just make some spare cash.
You will need around 3000g for this, go to Nac of White Haven, behind the Balmora manors and buy an Apprentices Mortar and Pestle, Retort, Calcinator and Alembic. Then go to the Balmora mages guild (if you don't know where that is, just ask around).
Then chat to downstairs and go to Travel then to Sadrith Mora. Once in Sadrith Mora, to your left will be Iniel and , Chat to and barter with her and buy 10 Crab Meat and 10 Hound Meat, then sell it back to her. Keep repeating this process until she has around 500 of Crab meat and Hound meat each. You would have noticed that however many she has it will always come back as that same number. Then just go to your inventory and press 'A' on your Mortar and Pestle and add the 2 ingredients. The just keep pressing 'X' to create your potions. You will notice that if you have Alchemy as a Major/Minor skill that you will level up quickly. Every time it says Meditate, drop your ingredients and the potions then go rest in a bed, then go back and repeat the process.
Once all of your ingredients have been used up, you may want to drop potions until you can move, then speak to Iniel and go to Travel then Caldera, then go out the door and keep going forward and the building you are looking at is Ghorak Manor, go inside and upstairs is a Scamp called 'Creeper' he will give you a fair price for your potions. So once all his gold have been used up, rest for 24 hours right in front of him and he will regenerate his money, keep selling and resting until you have no potions, the go back for more then back to the 'Creeper' and keep repeating this aswell.
It worked well for me, if you have trouble just keep reading through it.
Lords Mail Without Breaking Locks
To find the Lord’s Mail without breaking any locks and only needing to fight the rogue to get it, simply go outside Ebonhear (on the path into town) and then in the water to your right there should be a door in the water against a rock, enter there, and then in that cavern you will find the man in the lords mail, kill him and get it (he IS hard to kill)
Vampirism
---Warning---
With Vampirism, you can say goodbye to daylight and human interactions.
To become a member of the legions of the undead, you need to find a vampire-infested den. Drushcasti, Galom Deus and Nerano Ancestral Tomb all have vampires.
Find a vampire and contract Prophlyic Hemophilia. It restores your fatigue, and is a common disease.
Sleep for 3 days INSIDE. You may wake up a crispy critter.
You will be awakened by a nightmare, and be a vampire. Depending on which clan you joined; Aundae, Berne and Quarra, you will get certain boosts of skill. Clan Berne gives you boosts in your stealth. Clan Quarra gives you boosts in your Fighting. Clan Aundae gives you a boost in your magic.
Now, you can do missions for the head of your clan, but here are your disadvantages:
The sunlight hurts you. Thinking about napping outsides? NO!
People shun you. Just try fufilling the prophecy now.
The mage's guild still likes you!... But doesn't do business with you.
Guards attack you, as do many citizens.
Your appearance is... off.
You can never get a full night sleep. Nightmares will always awaken you.
Think hard before you become a blood-sucker. There is no cure... or is there?
Kill Vivec
To kill Vivec, a god who has an entire metropolis dedicated to him, its actually rather easy. First, you will need to be abel to pick a 100% Locked door, then you will confront the deity himself. Don't attack him with a sword, simply shoot something at him. He'll attack you with magic. If you're hit, you're dead, simple as that. Once he's missed twice, he's defenseless and using hand to hand combat. He has a LOT of health, so be prepared.
Loot hios corpse to find a useless dwemer atifact that just may be not as useless as you think...
Easy Start-Out
To gain a little cash at the very beginning, simply swipe the Limeware Platter at the Census Office. The Guard will come after you, but if you drop the Platter from your inventory, you can pick it up after he tells you that he won't arrest you. You will recieve no bounty.

Bloodworm Helm- Kill Crazy Batou in Maren Ancestral Tomb. It says he’s part of the main quest, but I never used him.
Light Armor Sets
Light Armor Sets and Locations:
Glass Armor
Glass armor is probably the most available armor in the game. It's everywhere! However, there are some really easy ways to get it:
1) Slaughter the guys in Ghostgate - there's two (!) guys in Ghostgate with full glass armor AND Daedric Faces! I don't know about you but I strongly believe that, well, I as Nerrevarine am entitled to these treasures. They didn't think so. They died.
2) Buy the stuff off Ghostgate - in the left (from outside the Red Mountain) Tower there is a shop that sells most of the elements of the glass armor. You can buy it. Or you can 'nationalize it' for 'the good of Morrowind'.
3) Rob the Vaults - in Vivec there are three vaults for each of the houses. They are full of glass stuff.
There are other ways but these are sufficient.
The glass armor is the second worst of the cool armors. It's still very good though, because it's pretty light.
Elder Scrolls Official Site says:The Dunmer are the masters of light armor design, and the glass armor is the pinnacle of that design. Inspired by traditional High Elven ornate armors, this very expensive armor is studded with native volcanic glass. Remarkably light and flexible, glass armor absorbs and distributes shock better than steel.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chitin Armor
I don't really like this armor set. It looks ugly and doesn't provide very good protection. It's probably the cheapest armor out there along with the netch armor.
You can find it practically everywhere, so I'm not giving any particular directions.
Elder Scrolls Official Site says:Made from laminated insect shell glued with organic resins, chitin armor is also superior to any comparable Western light armor designs. Chitin armor gives better protection, but is lighter and more comfortable, than Western light leather and reinforced leather armors. Here, as in most native style, a scarf protects the neck and mouth from blowing sand and ash while campaigning.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fur Armor
The fur armor is a very nordic looking set available around Morrowind. It's not too expensive but it's fairly rare.
A set can be found around the island. It is not particularly good so I'll leave it at that.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Netch Armor
This is the cheapest armor available. And probably the ugliest.
Can be found even in Seyda Neen.
Elder Scrolls Official Site says: Most outlanders adopt the comfortable and affordable native netch leather armor style when they come to Morrowind. The intrinsic durability and flexibility of netch hide, combined with the elaborate articulation of the Dunmer design and painstaking craftsmanship, make netch armor far superior to the heavy, inelegant leather armor styles of the West.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Snow Wolf Armor (Bloodmoon only)
Aquire Snow Wolf Pelts from Snow Wolves and take it and you're gold to the man in Thirsk outside, and it'll take him 1 game day to make a piece.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wolf Armor (Bloodmoon only)
Again, same as bear armor only this is wolf armor. Can be found anywhere on the new island.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dark Brotherhood Armor (Tribunal only)
A very cool looking armor that is added by Tribunal. You will get whether you want to or not simply because the plot demands that you get attacked by DB assassins early in the game. This armor is very nice for the early game and suits the rogue character perfectly.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Things NOT to do
This is a list of things NOT to do while playing Morrowind (or at least until you've beaten the game.)
1. Don't try to attack the census, unless you plan for this to be a VERY short game.
2. Do try to answer questions to get your class. Create your own and select the stuff you want.
3. Don't attack Caius Cosades. Don't know the guy? He's the dude that the census tells ou to meet. He's one of the most important characters in the game.
4. Did you ever find a big door leading to a place called "Cavern of the Incarnate"? Don't go in... TRUST ME.
5. When in the cavern of incarnate, don't attack the spirits. Although many people don't realize it, GHOSTS CANNOT DIE.
6. Don't sell the item called "Package to Caius Cosades". I can not tell you how many people lose their games because they sold or lost it.
7. Don't steal the stuff that can be bought easily. Once you steal something, that object is permenantly marked. Not just that item. Every item of that kind. Steal a plate? EVERY plate is stolen!
8. Ever go to Vivec's High Fane and wonder what's behind that locked door? Keep wondering... For your own good!
9. Don't ever, EVER go into the Chamber of Heart of Akhulakhan unless you have distinct plans to win the game then and there.
10. Don't try to fight Vivec the 2nd you find him. People, he's a friggin god! And you wanna try to kill him with an ebony broadsword!?
11. if you get expelled from a guild, and welcomed back in, don't screw up... You only get one extra chance.
12. Despite the phrase "Size doesn't matter"... It does. When you see a large monster running at you... You should run the same way!
13. LAVA BAD... LAVA VERY BAD.
Unlockable - Daedric Face of Inspiration
How to Unlock - Found on a woman in Ghostgate, Tower of Dusk. Upstairs.
Easy Levels and Money
For easy levels you need to get about 1000gold.What you do is go to Balmara and head to the fine achlemist,it should be around all of the mansions so just look for it.Once you find it go in and chat to the lady, buy an apprentice mortar and pestle, and any of the other things you want(calcinator, ritard, ect.)Also I recomend buying 2 of them like the calcinator and mortar and pestle, and get both apprentice.Once you get these go to the mages guild,go to the bottom and teloport to Sadrith Mora:Wolverine Hall.Chat to the guy named Iniel,I think but hes the guy that sells ingredients, buy crab meat and rat meat,10 of each.Once you do this open your inventory now highlight the mortar and pestle and press it.Now you go to the ingredients and put all 10 of each meat, start pessing X to make potions.Sell the potions to the guy and repeat the process only buying the meats and making the potions not buying the mortar and pestle. If you ever need more money then just steal things in sadrith mora and sell them. This may take a little while at 1st but eventually you will make a lot of money once you do,just go out and find people to train you.My guy is about level 38 and all of my skills are at least 75. Have fun.
Tips
No matter how tough or invincible you think you are, you are probably not, so always be prepared with healing potions, and escape spells.
Having a sword that soul traps creatures on strike is good until you accidentally put a mudcrab into a grand soul gem.
Running around naked will not get you popular, no matter what your gender is.
Having the crosshair off is basically a death sentence. Keep it on.
Marksman weapons are good, but if you are not fast, they can prove kind of bad at close range.
Don’t be surprised when guards don’t do their duty and let you get killed by something in the middle of a town.
Don’t become both a Vampire and a Werewolf. Try going out at night as a wolf or try going out in the day, becoming one crispy vampire.
Don’t become a werewolf, period. Get Hircine’s ring and have fun.
Running is a great way to boost your athletics and speed, but jumping is quicker.
Put acrobatics as a minor skill. Always minor. If you put it as a major, it’s a good 15-point boost gone for nothing, if you don’t have it as a skill, you are missing out on many levels.
Once you reach a level where basically no one can hurt you, have fun, get a bounty, kill some guards. The game’s practically over. Enjoy its last few drops of goodness.
If you see something that looks dangerous, it probably is, so think twice before doing anything.
Don’t kill the man in Daedric Armor in Tel Fyr. Daedric Armor is a clear sign that Bethesda is taunting you by making the armor so friggin hard to get.

Mace of Slurring- Go to Mournhold, go to the Sadri Manor and chat to some psycho-chick at the bottom floor. Go chat to a wizard at Craftsmen's hall, go back to find a tough lock. Twist a crank on one of the pipes to raise the water. Go down, find another crank to the left and lower the water. Make your way to the next area. Volendrung- Found in the Corpusarium in Tel Fyr, in a chest near Yagrum, the obese dwarf.
Get Rich Quick
To get rich quick, there are certain steps to doing it.
1- Buy a spell of Intervention (Either one will do), go to Dren Plantation (Northeast of Peligaid), go into Dren's Villa, find Orvas Dren, and beside his on his closet will be an ebony Cuirass and Daedric Greaves. Swipe the Cuirass and Greaves and use the intervention spell (its best to have it set to go before you swipe it). You won't get a bounty, but if you are arrested, it will be confiscated.
2- For quick cash, go to Caldera, Ghorak Manor, go to the Top floor and in a crate will be; an Orcish Cuirass, Greaves and both Pauldrons.
3- In Suran, go to the house of Earthly delights, kill Desele (The owner) and steal whatever you want. Only she will care and you won't get a bounty. The shop across the street is also available for looting. The owner will not care and has some nice stuff.
4- In Balmora, find the Guard Tower with a closet that has the Sword of White Woe on top of it. Make the Guard look opposite directions to you. You'll need Telekenisis for this, because you neeed to go aside the bed and become undetected. Jump with Telekenisis and grab the Sword. If you did it right, it's yours.
A more convenient mudcrab
Anyone whose found the talking mudcrab merchant knows its a hassle to get to. To make life easier, find him and DO NOT SELL HIM ANYTHING. Use a command creature spell (if your skills are high enough). Make him follow you to wherever he's convenient to you, Balmora, Caldera, Ald Ruhn. Anywhere!

Umbra Sword

Easy Level up
Buy drain skill, put whatever skill you want to be trained, put in spellmaking drain skill 100pts onself, NO Soultrap, otherwise it's permanently 0 and cannot get it up. Cast spell sk training, spell must be active before traing, this makes them the master trainer of this skill, and teach it to or only one gold. You can max out every skill with this cheat. There just like master traners, because when it reaches 100, make him trainy ou it'll say your skill has increased to 100m again. But it says increased to 0, but it actually goes up. When you train still, it'll stay 100, but if you increase major skills it still 100, but gives you more experients, like a master trainer.

---WARNING---
Guards in Mournhold do their duty to protect the king. If you fight him, they will ALL come after you, so prepare for a fight.

Mage's Guild Glitch
When you become Wizard, you can Chat to Trebonius, and battle him for the position of Arch-Mage, despite requirements. If you have one brain cell in your head, you will wait until you become Master Wizard. If you kill him at Wizard level, your status of Arch-Mage will never come to be. You'll just advance to Master Wizard, with no one to promote you to Arch-Mage.
Unlockable - Daedric Greaves
How to unlock- Found on a shelf in Dren's Villa in Dren Plantation.
Seeking the Max Level?
You probably wonder what its like to be at level 100, right? Its not much different from being anywhere from level 100 to 65535.
That's right, gamers! The maximum level is 65535! If you're hoping to simply reach 100... you may wanna plan ahead. It sounds insane, but once you grow past this level, you just go to 0.
*** Please don't ask how I know this!
Unlockable - Daedric Pauldron Left
How to Unlock - In Norenen-Dur, The Wailingdelve, on a rock next to a waterfall.
Thievery Warnings
Okay, you steal something, valuable from sum1 important and you're set for life, right?
Wrong.
For a good example, if you steal the Grand Soul Gem for Galbedir, in the Balmora Mage's Guild, you won't be able to sell her ANYTHING. She will claim it belongs to her, no matter how obscure the item.
To get this Soul Gem for A LOT less, simply do Mage's Guild Missions, and makes good friend, she can sell you the Soul Gem for as low as 20,000.
Stairway to Heaven Glitch
Once in a blue moon, a part of anything will just disappear. It will leave no trace of walls. Only things that have events attached, like moving location or specifically placed objects, like crumbled walls at Frostmoth. This may even happen to you while walking around. The ground may actually give way and you fall into mysterious water. You can levitate back up to solid land. This may also happen in vivec. ... Always be prepared.
Beat the Game Even Quicker!
To do this, its REALLY lame, but some just play great games to beat them. To win the game in like... an hour, you need to 1st get the Keening and Sunder. Don't bother with the Wraithguard, you won't need it. Next, make your way into Dagoth Ur, and find the devil himself. Kill his 1st form and make your way into the heart's chamber. Find the 1st and slash is madly. The Keening and Sunder both do mortal wounds of 100 damage, so have MANY potions with you. Kill the heart and bolt! You just beat The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.
Unlockable - Daedric Tower Shield
How to Unlock - Random loot on Golden Saints.
Mai'q The Liar
Mai'q the Liar is by far the most odd NPC you will ever see (Maybe the Orc at Ald Daedroth). Anyway, he just lives on a tiny island, off the East coast of the Island North to Main Vvanderfell (Where Dagon Fel is). He will have a chair and a fishing pole with him. Chat to him once and he won't say much, but if you talk again, he'll have great stories including:
Multiplayer- Go seek Rolf the Uber!
Dragons- HIGH in the sky!
Horses- Mai'q's favorite animal!
Vampires- No good info on them.
The only good thing he can tell you is about the sunken shrine of Bothieth.
All he says is lies! Believe me! I spent an hour soaring straight up to see a dragon and found a 2 minute drop afterwards. Its just really fun, though.
Mastrius, the Vampire King
You may have already found, and killed Mastrius without even knowing it. That's the tough part about this cheat.
You can find Mastrius fallen, in an ancestral tomb in Red Mountain. You may wonder why he's not talking to you. Its because he only talks to Vampires. Become a vampire (Preferably Aundae, if you're looking for some rare artifacts), and go to his tomb. He'll have a few quests for you. One of them is to retrieve the Shadow Shield from Bthuand, a dwemer ruin far west of Vos. If you've readmy other cheats, you can guess what to do next ;).
Daedric Darts
Ald Sotha Lower Levels, on a woman kill her, located North-East of Vivec.
Funny NPC comments
Okay, go out, with NOTHING equipped. No pants, no shirt, no shoes, no armor, and the people will notice and mention it to. I've ogtten such comments like:
"We are not amused..."
"Were you in a hurry? You forgot to get dressed"
"Put some clothes on!"
They say many funny things, so try it out.
Curing your Vampirism
If you've joined a clan, or bloodline, and have done everything you wanted to but are done with them, there is an odd process to take.
First, make your way to Suran. From there, travel northeast until you reach the daedric ruin- Bal Fel.
Inside, there will be a door leading you to a narrow path. Continue along this narrow path, beyond the lava to find a woman and a shrine. Chat to the shrine of Maclath. He will tell you of his problems with his daughter, and wants you to slay her. She and her frost Atronach friend are located in Dubdilla. Dubdilla is south of Vos. Make your way there and slay the two. If you put a spell of Mark on the shrine, recall there, if not, you're in for a long hike back.
Chat to the shrine to regain your humanity.
Spells for skills
First, go through enough of the story to go to mournhold, then, warp there. Once there, go to the Imperial Cult area. There, look for a robed women. She will sell spells that will fortify skills like alchemy and illusion, rather than strenght or speed. Buy ONE spell, then find sum1 who can make spells, add that effect and you will be able to fortify any skill except attack.
Unlockable - Daedric Shield
How to Unlock - Random loot on Golden Saints, also found on a man in Dren Plantation, Dren's Villa. A half-Naked man, also he's got a Daedric Katana.
Win the game quickly
This is a rather tough task, but if acquire the skills to pick open a 100% Locked door, and dodge Vivec's attacks, you can win the game. Once you kill Vivec, turn his ?Unique Dwemer Artifact into the Wraithguard (See heavy-armor cheat), and head off to Red Mountain.
Obtain the Keening and Sunder, and go to Dagoth Ur prepared. Make your way to his quarters, and slay this plague upon Vvanderfell. He'll teleport into the Heart of the God's Camber, where a huge statue awaits. Find a bridge on a lower level leading to the gargantuan. Find the heart and hit it once with the Sunder and 5 times with the Keening... now all you need to do is run.
Fighter's or Thieve's?
Here's a nice little situation:
You're nearly master of both the fighter's guild and thieve's guild. You speak to the leader of where you're at right then, and he asks you to kill the other one. So, you go to the other guild, but before you kill the person, you chat to him and ask if he has anymore quests before he dies. His quest is to assassinate the leader of the other guild. NBow you have 2 rivals asking for the death of the other... who do you kill?
The answer is the master of the fighter's guild- Sjoring Hard Heart. Kill him and you will advnace from the champion to the master. Report back to Gentleman Jim Stacey, and he'll promote you to master of the Thieve's Guild.
Early Money
To make money at the start of the game you need to steal. In Balmora take the silt strider to Ald-ruhn or Molag-Marr. When you are there go to the gaurd towers and look in the boxes. Hopefully you come across expensive Bonemold armor. Take the Bonemold armor and travel to Caldera by the Mages Guild. When in Caldera head straight until you come to the 1st right. Turn right and there will be a building to your left. Go into this building called Gohrak Manor. Head upstairs to the Scamp. His name is Creeper. He is the only merchant that will give you a fair price for everything. what ever you do this is the only merchant in the game who you don't want to kill. Eventually his money will regenerate its self so you can keep trading with him.

Find the god in Vivec, Temple. Outside, look for some stairs, NOT undder the roofs next to the other doors, find stairs, that's goot no door s and not under a big roof it's 100pts locked and trapped, unlock it, somehow, the place is called Palace of Vivec, go inside there, there will be a god named Vivec. |
