Attribute Upgrading If you are having problems with the attribute upgrading of your Urb (the last of the 3 levels is actually quite annoying!), then hit on the A button (repeatedly) a little bit, and then press START, while continuing to press the A button, all the way till the Pause Menu pops up. you will notice that in the time tween you hit the START button and the Pause Menu shows, the time will slow down, allowing you to go to the top of the bar without breaking a sweat.
Raise motives Urbz: Sims in the City, The First enable the "Cheat gnome" code. During gameplay, quickly press R, L, Down, Black, Left, B.
Hidden Power Social -Urbz: Sims in the City, The Look in the dumpster in Blankwood Towers. You will find a Blast I Kiss in it, but look twice.
Maximum Mental skill Enable the "Cheat gnome". During gameplay press L, B, A, Black, Down.
Turn Cheat gnome on Durin gameplay press Left, Y, Down, A, X. The gnome will appear somewhere in the district.
Maximum Artistic skill Fisrt enable the "Cheat gnome". During gameplay press Y, Down, Black, A, B.
Power Socials Fisrt enable the "Cheat gnome". During gameplay press Down, Black, Right, X, Left.
All districts First enable the "Cheat gnome" code. During gameplay, quickly press R, Left, B, Down, White.
Maximum Physical skill Enable the "Cheat gnome". During gameplay press L, R, A, Down, Black.
Acquire skill object Fisrt enable the "Cheat gnome". During gameplay press L, Black, Right, X, Left.
Development team photo Fisrt enable the "Cheat gnome". Press Up, Down, X, Up, Down at the credits screen.

The cheat gnome is usually on the outskirts of the district you are on or in a place that doesnt have any real attraction to it(behind a bar/club,outside a room in diamond heights:floating in the air,ect.)
