Do all the cults in Albion. In one of the cults, it says to go to Bay City, do the last Arkvoodle mission (which is unlocked as soon as you get to this mission) and come back here to do your next mission. Then do all of the Arkvoodle cults in Albion and go to Takoshima. (You need 30 alien artifacts to do the last Arkvoodle cult mission in Takoshima, unlocking the Burrow Beast) |
