You have to crawl under the desk when the guard is looking the other way then wait for the next cop to look down run past hide again then wait for the mayor to start talking to the cop and run past then wait for the cop to walk the other way follow him to the file and hide under the desk wait for him to walk the other way and run then you have sneak back past the mayor and run behind him to the door |

You have to hide under a lot of desks... be careful though, even Mayor West will catch Brian |

There is really only one way to go path wise, however, what you want to do is keep an eye on their patterns and you have a much better time when you crawl by cop at desks. They also have a pattern---you can do more when they are distracted writting or drinking coffee.
Getting by Adam West guy is hard, but can do it just crawl slowly and keep an eye on his face. |
