You defeat kenji in a canyon duel(yes a 2nd time) in the stacked deck gang area(this particular race will be in the infinity park area and the race in the middle of the 3 shown in that area)in which he will be driving an evo and if you beat him congrats you unlocked it high 5 all that fun stuff now just get about 100k and you got it(its a really good car to beat the game with when maxed out, I also reccomend using a skyline or even better the ford gt)
