You can't, their car is just special like that. The only way you can get is by getting a special body part.when you pick a bonus marker from your apponent, choose the special marker card and you MIGHT get it.
A 2:
Go to autosculpt hoods, then you find whatever hood lets your "dodge charger" have its engine sticking out by enhancing zone 1
A 3:
You go to autosculp then to hoods, there should be stock then something else, then the third hood u customize first zone all the way up
A 4:
U have 2 go 2 autosculpt with the charger then pick 1 of the hoods (cant remember which 1) then put 1 of the sections all the way up
A 5:
Go 2 autosculpt then choose the charged or contentered hood I cant remember which one
A 6:
Go to autosculpt then choose the charged or contender
