Get an Easy Platinum TimeSplitters 2
On the arcade league match called 'burns and bangs' head to the big building and sit in the turret facing the moon. Just entertain yourself in the turret for a while but keep facing the moon and stay in the turret. Somehow there is a glitch, in less than a minute the match has already completed and you get a very good platinum. Worked for me in 43.6 seconds!

Faster Reload
Instead of reloading normally, go to the next weapon, then back to the previous weapon. This reloads weapons that reload very slowly.
